Introduction

This Branch, under the Forestry and Nature Conservation Agency, Ministry of Agriculture, and following the organizational restructuring of the Executive Yuan effective August 1, 2023, is responsible for:

Planning, implementation, and technical development of aerial survey and remote sensing projects for agricultural and nature conservation management.
Collection, processing, and control surveying of aerial survey and remote sensing data.
Mapping based on aerial survey and remote sensing data.
Planning and implementation of aerial survey and remote sensing geospatial data warehousing and management.
Planning and implementation of distribution and provision of aerial survey and remote sensing geospatial data.
Interpretation, investigation, and imagery application of aerial survey and remote sensing data for agriculture and nature conservation management.
Implementation of information and communication security for aerial survey and remote sensing services.
Other matters related to aerial survey and remote sensing.
